Based in Canberra we specialise in the production of home-made boutique ice cream, sorbet and gelati.

We have been producing a variation to normal ice cream since 1995 and our unique range of flavours has earned us a high reputation far and wide. 

We have a range of unusual flavours including rose petal, lavender, champagne and pomegranate and Guiness. All products use the freshest ingredients available and home grown fruits where possible.

The quality and success of our wide range of styles has been proven at the Sydney Royal Easter Show winning a Gold Award and numerous Silver Awards over a number of years. 

We have a variety of set-ups from vans to portable freezers for inside venues. We are available to attend fetes, fairs, churches, corporate or any event.
